Straight Talk about Healthcare for Seniors
Time & Location
About the Event
No one likes to consider the possibility of ever having to move to a “nursing home” or long-term healthcare community. It is for this reason that few people do any advance planning or investigation into such arrangements. While only a small percentage of Americans live in a nursing home providing extended full-time care, studies show that 70% or more of people over age 65 will need at least some level of skilled or long-term care during their lifetimes. In this seminar we will explore local residential healthcare options including assisted living, long-term and nursing care, as well as hospice, palliative, and in-home healthcare.
