They focus on promoting a healthy lifestyle through proper nutrition and share some great ideas for meal planning for one or two people. You’ll learn: - How to avoid ultra processed foods—the rules of thumb to follow - How cooking at home lessens concerns for those with memory issues - How three appliances are all you need to prepare healthy meals! - How to read nutrition labels - What kind of pantry list you should have to make shopping easier - And much more!
