When you register for one of our events, as part of the registration process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, phone number, address and email address. When you browse our website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about organization, new events, reminders and other updates.

How do you get my consent? When you provide us with personal information to complete a seminar registration via on-line or over the phone, we imply that you consent to us collecting it and using it for that seminar including confirmation, reminders and announcements. Additionally, we imply that you consent to us collecting it and using it for marketing, including future seminar announcements (promotions), new video announcements and other marketing purposes. You can opt out of receiving emails at any time by unsubscribing at the bottom of an email you received from us or you can contact us at the email below and we will remove you from receiving emails. How do I withdraw my consent? If after you opt-in, and you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to host our seminar sign ups and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
