About the Event

Who need more care than a caregiver? Their plates are overflowing with constant food prep, monitoring medications, helping with personal care, doctors’ appointments, and trying to balance their own needs with their loved one. The

list seems to never end. They do their best, but often feel their best isn’t good enough.

It can be difficult to find the time for self-care, but it’s important to remember that your own wellness is still a priority. Caregivers may be too burned out to think of exactly what they need. What can family members to do help the caregiver? Perhaps you’re a friend of a caregiver wondering what you can do.

Join us for the 1 st seminar of 2023 as experts in caregiving share their knowledge on how others can help care for the caregiver.
