About the Event

Many of us seniors have lived in our homes 20, 30, 40 years and some even longer. Selling a home today has become much for involved since we bought our homes decades ago. The last several years have been record breaking years in home sale across the country, but inflation, higher interest rates and other factors changed the market in late 2022.

If you anticipate moving from your longtime home in the next year—or even 5 years from now, this seminar is designed to give you the information you need to prepare for that move. What should I do to update my house if anything? How does financing and appraisals affect me selling my house? How do I deal with the buyers’ inspection? These are just a few of the many topics that will be discussed to help educate, equip and empower you when the time comes for you to sell your home.

(If you’re an adult child of aging parents, this seminar will provide you with the information you may need to help guide your parents through their late life move).
