About the Event

No matter how much you had looked forward to retirement, life continues to change as we age.

What we thought retirement would feel like does not necessarily match up with reality, especially as we age.

Getting older doesn’t always mean slowing down.

In fact, for many it is a time of exploration, adventure, and newfound friendships. As you define and redefine what retirement living means to you, it is important to continue including the things that bring you joy and find rewarding ways to achieve a sense of purpose, gain meaning, and feel happier in life.

This seminar is geared toward living life to the fullest — whatever your idea of enjoyment. Explore the many ways to volunteer, join in, or mix it up.
